Her dedication and expertise led her to rise through the ranks, culminating in her role as Vice President of Flagstar lending departments by 1989. Despite challenges, such as the acquisition of Flagstar Bank in 2009, Susan persevered with resilience, obtaining her broker's license to further her impact on the industry.
 
Not content with personal success, Susan founded the nonprofit Foreclosure Credit Solutions, providing vital assistance to individuals navigating the turbulent mortgage market crash. Through loan modifications and innovative solutions, she helped countless homeowners secure their dwellings during uncertain times. Susan's reputation as a leader in real estate blossomed further as she delved into short sales, utilizing her marketing expertise to secure optimal results for clients.
